Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to the Augustine Jewels FAQ Page, your go-to resource for answers to the most commonly asked questions about our brand and exquisite jewellery collections.
Our Products
Can you help me find my ring size?
We recommend coming into our store to get an accurate ring size measurement, but we do have a free online ring sizer to download here. Alternatively you can measure the internal diameter of a ring that fits you and you can find your size by looking it up on this chart here.
What do I do if my ring doesn't fit?
We offer one free ring resize if the ring doesn't fit the first time, so don't worry you'll be able to get your ring the perfect size! If you're uncertain please refer to our FAQ on finding your ring size.
Are your jewellery pieces hallmarked?
All of our Gold Jewellery pieces are hallmarked by the UK Assay Office in line with UK regulations. As well as all of our Silver jewellery, over a certain weight.
You can read about the UK Hallmark system here: https://www.assayofficelondon.co.uk/hallmarking/what-is-a-hallmark
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in our workshops in London and Jaipur. All of our bespoke pieces are made in London.
Where do you source your metals and gemstones for your jewellery pieces?
Our gemstones are sourced from all over the world, but we particularly like Kashmiri Sapphires, Colombian and Brazilian Emeralds and Sri Lankan Aquamarines. Due to the political conflicts and trade embargos in Myanmar most of our Rubies now come from Mozambique or Thailand. If we are sourcing a rare Diamond we will look to find it in New York, Antwerp, Israel and South Africa.
Where do you source your metals?
We buy our Silver, Gold and Platinum in London. We can also supply recycled Gold.
What is your policy on conflict diamonds?
Augustine Jewels takes no part in the use of conflict diamonds and follows the Kimberley Process.
